We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Wolfeboro Bay Center. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and work toward their individual recovery goals.
What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility training
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Monitor resident performance and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
• Reinforce safe mobility techniques and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
• Coordinate with other members of the rehabilitation and care teams

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
