Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.Schedule & CompensationFull-Time, 40 hours weeklyMonday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pmOn-call rotation (roughly every 10 weeks)$20.50/hourJob DescriptionPerforms data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of industrial HVAC equipment including; fan coil units, air handlers, variable air volume controllers, circulating water pumps, and supply and exhaust fans. Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, and coil cleaning.Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cottage heat pumps and furnaces.Performs general maintenance tasks on the following systems; laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
