Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven history of generating new business, developing long-term customer relationships, and consistently exceeding aggressive sales goals. The ideal candidate is highly competitive, self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses exceptional communication and closing skills. This individual will be responsible for prospecting new business, managing existing accounts, generating recurring revenue, increasing customer retention, and growing sales through consultative selling. Success in this role requires discipline, urgency, accountability, and a relentless commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving measurable performance metrics. This is a inside Sales Representative role in Shreveport LA, not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to grow revenue (upsell/cross-sell)
- Present products and services using a consultative sales approach
- Process customer orders accurately and drive recurring reorder business
- Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a strong first experience
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM documentation after every customer interaction
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Shipping, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and quotas
Qualifications
Required :
- Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (medical, healthcare, laboratory, safety, industrial, or related industries preferred)
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
Preferred :
- Experience selling medical products
- Experience selling laboratory services
- Experience selling background screening services
- Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot
- Experience working in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range : $35,000/year + Commission: Uncapped. (Realistic First-Year Earnings: Approximately $75,000 to $100,000 for a strong performer, with the potential to earn more)
