Step into a hands-on Contract Recruiter role where you'll own the recruiting process from start to finish and help keep pace with a growing manufacturing operation! This is a strong fit for a recruiter who understands high-volume, hourly hiring and enjoys working directly with candidates and operations leaders.

This aerospace and electronics manufacturer produces highly engineered products and systems supporting commercial aviation, defense, and space applications. This is a fully onsite position within a manufacturing environment where the recruiting team works closely with operations and hiring managers on the production floor.

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Contract Recruiter Job Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and hourly/direct-labor positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, internal databases, incoming applicants, and other available recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving efficiently through each stage of the hiring process.
• Negotiate and prepare offers and transition selected candidates to the appropriate onboarding process.
• Partner directly with hiring managers while maintaining accurate candidate notes, requisition activity, and recruiting updates.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite

• Options: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experience

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience recruiting within manufacturing, light industrial, aerospace, construction, agency staffing, or another high-volume hourly environment
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to manage a fast-paced applicant and requisition workload
• Comfortable partnering directly with operations leaders and working within a production-floor environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly navigate recruiting systems and manage high email volume
