We are looking for Full Time, Part Time LPN's: 7A-7P and 7P - 7A Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for its 60 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. LPN Job Duties include but are not limited to: The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review. LPN Qualifications include but are not limited to: Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred.
