Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Employment Type: Per Diem 8-40hrs/week
Location: Geneseo, IL About the Role We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. CNAs will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and patients. Key Responsibilities

Location: Geneseo, IL About the Role We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. CNAs will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and patients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support mobility and safe patient transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow facility policies and uphold patient confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 6 months recent CNA experience
- In-person BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Willing to obtain a recent TB test and work physical
- W2 Employment status, providing tax and employment security
