RN Clinical Program Manager - Stroke Program

Job Overview RN Clinical Program Manager for our Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. Full-time 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities The Clinical Program Manager RN leads, manages, and has overall accountability for the stroke program. They provide direction to the clinical and operational activities of the program in accordance with organization mission, core values, and strategic goals. The manager creates an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, achieving operational and clinical best practice. The RN works with department directors, leaders, and caregivers as the subject matter expert for program care and quality, assisting nursing, medical providers, and ancillary staff to deliver quality outcomes for patients. They monitor bundle performance, track and report quality measures, and lead the interdisciplinary team to excellence and continuous quality improvement. They also support efforts in error reporting and reduction, physician and nurse support, enrichment, and satisfaction through action plans. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing California Registered Nurse License at time of hire Certification in area of specialty within 1 year of hire (facility managed) Five years of Clinical Registered Nursing experience in acute care setting Preferred Qualifications NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire Master's Degree in Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program One year of experience in leadership role Experience presenting information and training materials to groups of varied size Benefits Providence offers a best‑in‑class benefits package designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security. Schedule: Full‑time Day shift 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Pay Range: $68.94 - $108.84 per hour (base pay range, plus available shift differentials, standby, overtime, etc.).
