We are looking for an experienced and skilled Server to join our team!

Compensation: $2.13 hourly plus tips. Average hourly rate after tip ranges $17-28+ per hour. 

Server Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance/seating.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take orders from customers and collect payment. 
• Perform all opening/closing duties and side work.
• Running food and bussing tables when necessary.
• Follow all steps of service.
• Any other duties deemed necessary to the position. 

 

 
Server Requirements:

 

• Previous experience as a server.
• Ability to memorize all menu items and ingredients, as well as daily/weekly specials.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Relevant training certifications (TABC and Food Handlers).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
