All Jobs > Job Code : 485273 SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST Contract-to-Hire 5-10 Years Job Summary/ Responsibilities Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. university or equivalent military/commercial experience in business or analysis related fields Minimum 3 years of specific experience with business management and analysis Experience with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and SQL Key Responsibilities Collect, track, and analyze data metrics across all business lines for LCSRON TWO Create reports, graphs, charts, and dashboards for Flag-level briefings Prepare and present high-level briefings using Microsoft PowerPoint Support Chief of Staff and Department Heads with process improvement recommendations Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain databases Participate in twice-weekly status meetings and weekly SME meetings Assist in developing streamlined processes to reduce duplicate and redundant work Submit monthly status reports by the 5th business day of each month Assist with T2Q database cleanup and reporting within first 30 days Required Skills Microsoft Access and SharePoint MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) SQL and similar business analyst applications Strong data analysis and reporting ability Ability to convey complex analysis in simple graphs, charts, and tables Excellent oral and written English communication skills Positive interpersonal skills and team player approach How will you make an Impact?
