Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

$43–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life while working in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, balance, coordination, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
