Growing together.The Practice Leader is responsible for oversight of clinic location with accountability for all clinic operations including cost, quality, and patient satisfaction results. Reporting to the Manager of Operations for Central & West region, this leader will manage to clinic budgets for finance, staffing, quality performance, facilities, and physician relations and is critical to driving the clinical quality and patient service experience across clinics. This leader drives the performance of clinic teams providing growth, development, and ongoing management of practice operations staff. Excellent communication, problem-solving, follow-through and diplomacy skills are required for success in this highly visible leadership role.Primary Responsibilities:Manage overall performance of assigned Clinic location across assigned market including cost, quality, and patient satisfactionPartner with integration teams to ensure successful practice onboarding and integration, and appropriate resource allocationSupport provider recruitment efforts in the market and play a key role in the successful onboarding and integration of new practices and providersProvide leadership and coaching to Clinic teammates ensuring regular communication across the team and development to prepare for continued growthHandle all aspects of staffing and team management, fostering a high-performance work environment that values employees and promotes development and successEnsure appropriate strategies are implemented to achieve clinical quality and patient services experience measuresCollaborate in developing annual budgets and review and analyze monthly financial performance to L and KPI performance metricsFollow through on key goals and performance measures that advance organizational strategy and business planDevelop productivity and other performance projections for both budget and look-forward projectionsLiaise between operations and physician leadership to ensure providers' needs are being successfully addressed to reinforce a culture of transparency and supportIdentify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives to completion to improve overall operations and financial outcomesSupport development of market provider workforce plan, including provider moves, impact on panels, co-located clinics, etc.Achieve annual budgetP&L analysisSkills/Abilities:High emotional intelligence, the ability to forge meaningful relationships, and success navigating diverse stakeholder groupsA keen sense of personal accountability for delivering individual and team resultsExperience performing under pressure with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what you say you will doA passion for being hands-on in problem-solving and executionA low ego and humility; an ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will doHistory and success leading and managing teams to deliver P+L resultsDemonstrated experience driving results in a high-growth enterprise, examples:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent sales and customer service skillsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interesteRequired Qualifications:Highschool Diploma or equivalent2+ years of management experience in a medical clinic, primary care or specialty careExperience and knowledge of professional billing and healthcare components including, but not limited to, access, coding, billing, collections, practice management systems, payer relations, appeals, and authorization processUnderstanding of value-based care the role that operational leaders and teams play in supporting success in a value-based modelProven solid mentoring and relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage group and interpersonal conflict situationsDirect leadership of multiple team members including performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and corrective action conversationsDriver's License and access to reliable transportationPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
