Quality Suites Moab is currently hiring a Full-Time Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team in the evenings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes pride in great service, and works well with a team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Guest Services Representative , you will play an important role in ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with room reservations
- Responding to guest questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Keeping the lobby and front desk area professional and organized
- Completing shift reports and handoff notes for the next team member
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and interacting with travelers from around the world.
Schedule
- Evening shifts available only
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
- Ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment
