This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll help deliver beautiful, high‑quality results for our clients while keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Supervise and direct landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites Oversee daily landscaping operations including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned properties Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance standards Manage job site safety, equipment usage, and proper maintenance of tools and machinery Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and any site issues Monitor and manage material and supply usage to stay within project budgets Requirements: 4+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required with references Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and plant identification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work About Us: Lutz Landscaping and Management Inc has been a trusted name in the Canton, OH area, delivering exceptional Landscape and Lawn care services to residential and commercial clients for 15+ years.
