Staffing Coordinator - Night Shift
Training provided during the day time shift - Average of 4-6 weeks before you can move to the Night Shift. Various schedules available: HOURS: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM FRI - TUES WED - SUN Weekends required
Job Description
· At least 2+ years experience with Administrative work and/or Call Center.
· Medical Staffing experience a plus.
· Nurse registry experience highly desirable.
· Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing, hospital organization operations and functions.
· Experience with computers word processing and database applications.
· Excellent communication skills by telephone in person and in writing.
· Ability to multitask, maintain records and information.
· Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
· Must be flexible in availability and able to work weekends as needed.
· AA degree in a related field preferred.
· Maintain confidential patient information/HIPPA compliance.
· Excellent attendance record.
