Job Summary & Responsibilities The Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manager of Global Planning, the role collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories. Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts, align configurations, and support new product introductions. Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Communicate status and risks to leadership. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced scheduling tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards. Why Join Onto Innovation? Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $114,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
