Tubby’s Sub Shop– Crew Member Job Description Our Tubby’s franchise is looking for enthusiastic, hard‑workers to join our Team. Do you possess great customer service, leadership, team spirit and are looking to utilize your talents? We’re hiring Crew Members to work as Porters, Kitchen Area Staff and Cashiers for our Tubby’s restaurants. Crew Member Position Summary : Tubby’s Sub Shop Crew Members are responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. Crew assist with ensuring that each guest visit results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily operations Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment Greet guests within seconds of entering the restaurant Take orders and receive payment for transactions Clean and stock guest areas Prep sandwiches, drinks and other items ordered Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked Meet restaurant and customer service objectives Requirements Team oriented Ability to work flexible hours Reliable transportation ***We offer excellent benefits and advancement opportunities*** #J-18808-Ljbffr The Root Restaurant & Bar
