We specialize in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi‑purpose equipment for heavy‑duty work trucks, focusing on snow and ice control. Day Shift Hours : Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as both an Installation Technician and a Delivery Driver. Installation Technician You will work in the workstation where your skills best fit. We are specifically seeking individuals with proficiency in one or more of the following areas: MIG Welding and Fabrication Electrical systems Key responsibilities include: Installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting truck builds, ensuring proper upfit, hydraulics, wiring, and electrical components Performing diagnostic and repair work Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and performing shop math Delivery Driver You will be responsible for transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays. WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools Willingness to work in a team environment Previous experience in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with welding and assembly processes Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (e.g., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
