1st Shift: $16.50/hr | 2nd Shift: $17.00/hr

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Blue Springs, MS. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of full-time hire after 90 days of strong performance and good attendance. Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

Safely operate powered industrial trucks (sit-down forklift)
Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and docks
Move materials to and from production areas, machines, and storage locations
Perform warehouse tasks and assist team members as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of forklift operating experience required
Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, plus mandatory overtime when needed
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
Must be dependable and safety-focused
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
High School Diploma or GED required

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: $16.50/hr
2nd Shift: $17.00/hr
Full-time | Temp-to-hire after 90 days with good attendance
Overtime required as needed
