Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time | Columbus, OH
$50–$55/hr + Production | Monday–Thursday, 8–4
Beecher Crossing Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team!

This is a NEW position created because our private practice is getting busier and seeing increased patient flow. If you’re looking for a practice where you’ll be valued, supported, and treated as an important part of the team, we’d love to meet you.

We currently have two RDHs on our team and are adding another hygienist to help us continue providing exceptional care to our patients.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Potential to add some Friday hours in the near future
• Position available to start immediately

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $50–$55/hour to start (Pay commensurate with experience)
$60–$65/hour may be achievable for a highly productive hygienist

YOUR HYGIENE SCHEDULE
We believe hygienists need adequate time to provide excellent care — not rush from patient to patient.
• New Patient: 1 hour 10 minutes
• Regular Prophy: 50 minutes
• Cavitron available
• Additional dental assistant support available when needed
• Accelerated hygiene is an option, with a hygiene assistant available to support you

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Educate patients about their oral health and recommended treatment
• Serve as a treatment advocate and communicate findings and recommendations to patients before the doctor examination
• Take appropriate diagnostic records and radiographs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture
