Process Engineer

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearJob Responsibilities IncludeCreate technical procedures on how to program, install and navigate equipment used by controls engineers and customers.Compile the master Motor and Device List, creating a universal system for electrical devices across multiple types of equipment.Design controls for process equipment following the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, OSHA regulations, operating procedures, policies, engineering processes, and safety guidelines.Implement the company safety programs, including technical documents such as Safety Measure Assessment (SMA), Critical Control Logic (CCL), and Safety Requirement Specification (SRS).Required Education and ExperienceBS Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering required3 or more years of experience in food processing equipment or sanitary designPrior work with industrial process equipment, which includes heat exchanger, pumps, filters, and automated CIP systems.Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D design softwareExperience with SAP is preferredStand for moderately long periods when interfacing with manufacturing.
