Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Deburrers. In this role, you will work with precision metal components in a manufacturing environment, ensuring parts meet quality standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities
* Deburr metal parts using hand tools and established processes
* Assemble components following work instructions
* Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
* Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers when required
* Operate in a production environment performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
* Handle materials weighing up to 20 pounds
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing processes
Qualifications
Required:
* Mechanical aptitude
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable performing repetitive work
* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
* Comfortable working around light chemical odors
Preferred:
* Deburring experience
* Assembly experience
* Blueprint reading
* GD&T knowledge
* Experience using calipers and micrometers
* CNC machining exposure

Schedule
1st Shift
* Standard Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
* Monday through Friday
* Flexible start times available
* Four 10-hour shift schedules available for some employees
* On-site position
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Long Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
