Operations Data Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst, the remote full-time position will analyze servicing and collections performance, build automated reports, and apply AI tools to drive efficiency and support operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Analyze performance metrics across servicing, collections, and application funnels Build and maintain automated reports for lending partners and stakeholders Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role Strong SQL skills with experience in data model development Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions Virtual Vocations Inc
