Job Details

• Compensation: $22.00-$23 per hour

• Job Site Location: Garland, TX

• Work Schedule: Day Shift | MondayFriday + some weekends

• Job Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules with the Production/Manufacturing leadership team to meet output demands

• Lead and support shift operators across presses and related equipment to maintain throughput and efficiency

• Enter and approve time, manage shift coverage, and support scheduling/vacation coordination

• Ensure training and cross-training are completed, documented, and aligned with production needs

• Drive safety compliance on the floorreinforce safe work practices, PPE use, and reporting expectations

• Track and communicate area goals, KPIs/metrics, and progress to the team; help remove barriers to success

• Improve shift performance through continuous improvement (Lean/5S) projects and standard work

• Build strong rapport and communication across the team to keep handoffs and priorities clear

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have a valid passport due to frequent travel

• Must be able to travel 4-6 weeks at a time

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Strong communication skillsable to interact with all levels of employees

• Ability to complete written documentation (logs, training records, production notes)

• Comfortable coordinating resources in a high-volume manufacturing/production environment

Preferred

• Prior Team Lead / Shift Lead experience in manufacturing or production

• Experience supporting production scheduling, staffing coverage, and operator training

• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices (Lean manufacturing, 5S, standard work)
