Receptionist
Tower Lodge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support the smooth flow of daily administrative activities. This position serves as a welcoming point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while ensuring that front office responsibilities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage check-in procedures
- Maintain and update daily census and reports
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff as needed
- Support the Admissions Department as needed
Compensation: $17
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk/receptionist experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, professional attitude
