Benefits Specialist: Audits, Enrollment & Compliance

OU Health is seeking a Benefits Specialist on-site in Oklahoma City to support benefits operations through audits, data integrity controls, vendor coordination, and enrollment administration. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Information Systems, Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate enrollments, deductions and documentation for compliance readiness and a strong employee experience.
