Benefits: Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR — EXPERIENCED, DRIVEN & HANDS-ON Vivid Mortgages Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who takes ownership, works with urgency, and knows how to move loans from submission through closing. We need a proactive, take-charge professional—not someone who waits to be told what to do. The right candidate is organized, persistent, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy pipeline in a fast-paced mortgage brokerage environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage residential mortgage files from disclosures through clear to close Review files for completeness, accuracy, and lender guideline compliance Identify potential issues early and take immediate action to resolve them Submit complete, well-organized loan packages to wholesale lenders Review conditional approvals and clear conditions promptly Maintain consistent follow-up with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, attorneys, title companies, and third parties Track appraisal, title, insurance, income, asset, credit, and closing requirements Maintain accurate notes, milestones, and documentation in the LOS Keep every file moving and keep escalates delays before they become problems Manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or service What We Are Looking For: Prior mortgage processing experience required Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans Experience working with wholesale lenders and lender portals Ability to read guidelines and independently troubleshoot conditions Excellent follow-up, communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency Comfortable being held accountable for pipeline progress and deadlines A genuine “get it done” mindset ARIVE experience is a plus This Position Is Best Suited for Someone Who: Takes full ownership of assigned files Does not need constant reminders or micromanagement Is persistent when documents or responses are outstanding Communicates problems early and brings possible solutions Understands that processing requires urgency, accuracy, and relentless follow-through Takes pride in getting difficult loans across the finish line Position: Full-time Location: On-site Compensation: Competitive and based on mortgage-processing experience Vivid Mortgages Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vivid Mortgages Inc
