Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager Wage: $85,000 - $135,000 per year Location: Manitowoc, WI Responsibilities Manage and coordinate projects assigned by the Program Manager Oversee all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes Coordinate and complete project tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress Serve as main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the group in understanding client needs and developing potential new businesses Follow activities with suppliers, such as factory visits/audits and technical meetings/conferences to discuss client needs Coordinate specific activities in the project timeline, according to the project status, with all departments inside the company Discuss technical specifications, quality issues, and project timelines with customers and external suppliers Coordinate the RFQ for New Product Introduction execution coming from the Sales Department and provide final product cost for quotation purposes, or coordinate internally to supply necessary information to the Specific Program Manager Coordinate the D&I local team (Bill of Material Technicians, Formulation Chemists) to provide plant support on related D&I activities Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in project management within the consumer products manufacturing industry At least 3 years of experience in management positions, with overseas experience preferred Good communication and leadership skills, fluent spoken and written English Good problem‑solving and teamwork skills We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
