Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn.
• Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and families.

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants or in an early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
