Refrigeration Service Technician

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to service and maintain kitchen equipment like reach-ins/walk-ins, ice machines, and refrigeration units at customer sites. If you're mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running-we want to hear from you! What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
- Communicate clearly with customers and team
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized
- Rotate on-call shifts with the team
- Other duties as assigned
- Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration or related military experience. 3+ years of experience preferred
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Bonus: EPA Certification, HVAC/R License, CFESA credentials
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Steady work, 40 hours a week with a solid customer base
