As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our leadership team.General Manager Benefits & CompensationGreat base salary50 hour work week with 2 days offMonthly bonus of up to 1K401K with up to 3% matchPTOGeneral Manager Requirements & Qualifications3 years experience in being a general manager in full service restaurant with alcoholOperational management of the restaurant including staffing, training, customer service, inventoryCompliance of all state and local regulations for the restaurantFinancial management with responsibility for budgeting, managing costs, and achieving revenue goals. Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability.General Manager Preferred Background & SkillsTrue mentor and practices servantheart leadershipEnthusiastic attitude in leading our team and interacting with our guestsGreat at problem solvingFlexibility and ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
