Sr. UX Designer

Salary: $145,600 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of hands-on user experience design experience in complex digital environments or financial platforms.
• We need specialized expertise with design systems, modern prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch, and standard UX methodologies.
• We value a proven record of using iterative design and consultative collaboration to improve user engagement in measurable ways.
• A bachelors degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and a growth-minded approach are important.
• The role requires being local to Austin, TX and working onsite 4 days per week.

• We facilitate collaborative design workshops and iterative prototyping to deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions across complex financial platforms.
• We lead strategic design reviews and align cross-functional partners to build scalable UX frameworks that balance usability and simplicity.
• We create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and detailed design documentation to support efficient product development.
• We partner with UX research and engineering teams to validate design decisions, enhance design systems, and increase business impact.
