Housekeeper Wanted - Experienced Residential Housekeeper - Ongoing Part Time Position ($30 Per Hour, Twice Per Month)

We are homeowners in Mount Washington (Northeast Los Angeles) and wish to hire a long-term housekeeper who is conscientious, reliable, thorough, trustworthy, and meticulous to help maintain a clean and organized home. We value consistency, efficiency, and a genuine attention to detail over high speed surface cleaning. DUTIES AND SCOPE:

Routine Care: Comprehensive cleaning of all main living areas: living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and craft room. Detailed Tasks: Regular dusting of high/low surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of all sinks, bathtubs, baseboards, windows, mirrors, furniture, and spot-cleaning fixtures, etc. Careful Handling: Safe cleaning techniques tailored to sensitive materials (hardwood floors, wood furniture, natural stone, tile, etc). NOTE: We will provide all cleaning materials and supplies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Meticulous: High standards for cleanliness; notices the little things. Reliable: Timely, consistent schedule adherence, and clear communication. Trustworthy: Respects privacy and home integrity.

SCHEDULE AND PAY:

Hours: 4 hours every other week. We can discuss a schedule that is convenient for both parties. Compensation: $30 per hour based on background and expertise. Pay: You will be paid promptly after each cleaning session.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in residential housekeeping
• Excellent personal or professional references
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and self-direction
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be comfortable working independently in a peaceful home setting
• Must not be allergic to cats. We have one cat.
