Parts Coordinator

Primary Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Flexibility Required: One late shift per week (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) On-Call Rotation: After-hours/weekend emergency coverage (approximately one weekend every 5 weeks) $18/hr Who We Are Lantech is the global leader in stretch wrapping technology—and the original inventor of the rotary stretch wrapper. Why You Matter As a Parts Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting our customers by ensuring they receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly, research accurately, and process orders with precision directly impacts customer satisfaction and equipment uptime around the world. What You’ll Do Respond to customer calls and emails regarding parts inquiries, quotes, and orders Research and identify correct parts using internal systems and documentation Develop and provide accurate customer quotes Process spare parts orders in a timely manner Communicate technical information clearly via phone and email Support after-hours and weekend emergency parts coverage on a rotating basis Follow standardized work processes to ensure accuracy and quality Collaborate with team members to support a fast-paced call center environment What We’re Looking For High School Diploma required (college coursework preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented approach Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Reliable attendance and strong time management skills Desired Experience Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred Experience in a customer call center environment Experience interpreting technical information (such as bills of materials) Familiarity with international shipping workflows and trade documentation Why You’ll Love Working at Lantech We believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and valued.
