gpac has partnered with a leading roofing contractor to hire an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager in Colorado. You will interpret blueprints, perform take-offs, and prepare formal bids while coordinating with clients to ensure feasibility and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities include site visits, subcontractor bid solicitation, scope reviews, and producing P&L reports.
