Luxury Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by overseeing all leasing activities for the community. This role owns the leasing process from lead generation through lease execution and renewals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
• Manage all leasing leads through CRM platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion.
• Conduct property tours, build relationships with prospects, and close leases.
• Oversee resident renewals and retention efforts.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies with local businesses, Realtors, apartment locators, insurance professionals, and other referral partners.
• Represent the community at networking events and industry functions to generate traffic and brand awareness.
• Partner with Marketing to drive leasing traffic through social media, digital marketing, and local outreach initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position in the market.
• Ensure model apartments, show units, and community grounds are tour-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Support resident engagement initiatives and community events to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure a seamless move-in, move-out, and resident experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong closing, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation for outreach, networking, and market surveys.
