Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU and IMU setting with a focus on critically ill adult patients
• Monitor and interpret EKG rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
• Manage and titrate critical drips including vasopressors and sedation medications
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including cardiac monitors, IV pumps, bedside dialysis, and fluid warmers
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to Telemetry overflow as needed and collaborate with the clinical team under the direction of a Charge Nurse or Clinical Staff Lead

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation and critical thinking in high-acuity environments
• Experience with vasopressor and sedation drip titration
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Strong teamwork skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care
