Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Driving & Delivery:Safely operate company vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care in handling materials.Obtain signatures and necessary documentation for delivered items.Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.Maintain delivery logs and route sheets.Warehouse Operations:Receive, check, and store incoming inventory.Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment.Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.Requirements:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance and DOT purposes).Previous experience in warehouse or delivery preferred.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Forklift certification a plus (or willing to be trained).Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.Work Environment:Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.Driving in various weather conditions.Fast-paced, hands-on, physical environment.Company Statement:PSS Industrial provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristics protected by federal, state, or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
