About Us

Dukes is the casual yet refined dining outlet at Travis Club, set right on the shores of Lake Travis.  Our private community is tucked away in the Texas Hill Country yet minutes from Austin, with amenities that include a private marina, championship golf, multiple pools and 30+ miles of trails.  The heart of the community is our lakefront club, a hub for gathering, dining and socializing.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, greeting and acknowledging every guest and maintaining outstanding standards.
• Perform opening duties and set the dining room for service in coordination with the host/hostess.
• Look ahead to upcoming events and ensure all dining areas are set appropriately.
• Perform assigned side work and participate in the daily pre-service lineup.
• Know the menu, specials, pricing and POS system thoroughly.
• Be familiar with all table and seat numbers and server sections.
• Deliver polished, attentive and friendly dinner service from start to finish.
• Perform closing duties, coordinate with servers and back servers, complete check-out, and secure the building.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and assist with any other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience and food and beverage serving experience preferred
• Great attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to provide memorable dining experiences
