At Environment Control, our supervisors do more than clean and inspect buildings. They lead from the front, coach and develop their teams, and make sure every account receives the quality service our customers count on. You’ll oversee 20+ employees, train new team members, conduct quality inspections, and jump in to help with basic janitorial duties when needed. No two nights are exactly alike, so flexibility, initiative, and a can-do attitude go a long way!
This is a full-time leadership position that requires nightly travel throughout your assigned territory and regular trips to our Spokane Valley office using your own vehicle. You’ll also use a smartphone to manage daily work tasks and keep communication flowing.

- Start their workday at our main office in Spokane Valley, typically between 4pm-5pm.
- Master Environment Control's long-standing processes, procedures, and knowledge of our policies and best practices.
- Train new hires, ensuring all employees are trained properly and are aware of company policies.
- Effectively manage labor.
- Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer.
- Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner.
- Communicate hiring needs.
- Utilize own smartphone to access electronic ticketing system to address customers and assign nightly duties.
- Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Must have 1 year of management experience.
- Training experience (preferred).
- Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle due to the nature of the position.
- Must have working smart phone due to the nature of the position.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to solve problems independently.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing physical tasks such as bending, walking, and general movement.
- Able to read and follow simple instructions in English (Intermediate – Level 2). Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply!
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Janitorial experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
