Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in the scenic community of Grass Valley, California. Work Environment

Located in the beautiful Grass Valley, our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment for our patients. As a team member, you will work onsite Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Here, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other health professionals, is integral to our approach, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, compliant clinical care aligned with both patient comfort and treatment goals while embracing a philosophy of family-centered care.
• Developing personalized treatment plans for patients by collaborating closely with the medical staff to establish effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Engaging in continuous education roles, including mentoring interns and facilitating workshops for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Participating in departmental initiatives focused on improving patient care quality and operational efficiency through special projects and performance improvement committees.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding industry regulations, coding and billing practices, and compliant documentation standards.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely to ensure optimal communication within the healthcare team and adherence to facility protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic primarily includes orthopedic patients ranging from adolescents to the elderly. Our therapists often work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. With an emphasis on personalized care, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing treatment that meets the unique needs of each patient, fostering both recovery and athletic performance enhancement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid California Physical Therapist License.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong commitment to aiding patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with patients and collaborating within a healthcare team.
• A solid understanding of human physiology and anatomy as it relates to rehabilitative therapies.
• Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills that support independent work as well as collaboration in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a successful track record of patient treatment and outcome management.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems to enhance workflow efficiency and patient data management.

Compensation and Benefits
