- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury automotive sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
