Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and components.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading and packing slips.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records and shipping documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification with experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using barcode scanning equipment and related software.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.
