MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will be responsible for managing and tracking organizational staffing, including grade levels and funding sources, to ensure alignment with authorized manpower authorizations and fiscal sustainability.

You will conduct analytical studies of organizational structures, workload, and staffing levels, and providing strategic recommendations, alternative options, or data-driven briefings to senior leadership.

You will be responsible for utilizing automated human resources or manpower systems (such as TFMMS, DCPDS) to process Manpower Change Requests (MCRs), generate Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs), and ensure the accuracy of personnel data.

You will be responsible for reviewing, validating, securing financial approval for, and generating RPAs in accordance with higher-level agency guidelines and regulations.

You will be responsible for interpreting and applying command directives and policies (e.g., DoD, DON, OPM), responding to data calls, and maintaining documentation to ensure personnel actions meet financial integrity and audit readiness standards
