Department for Persons with Disabilities

Straight and Narrow, headquartered in Paterson, NJ, seeks a Residential Life Associate for our residential/outpatient treatment programs. This full-time role provides supervision & support to clients in structured treatment settings, conducts safety rounds, and collaborates with clinical teams to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
