D&H Distributing is seeking a dedicated Distribution Operations Supervisor to oversee the outbound function on our Newnan, GA location. This position works with a diverse group of co-owners - ESOP company so our "employees" are all co-owners of the company! This role leads a team of co-owners to ensure that all our customers receive outstanding service. This position is also responsible for ensuring hard deadlines are met in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.

This role manages outbound operations during assigned shifts, including scheduling, staffing, workload balancing, and ensuring performance and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coaching, timekeeping, enforcing company policies, effective communication, using reports/tools, and resolving conflicts and operational issues.

Be available in the work location to assist as needed and resolve issues as required. Regularly communicate with the facility management on issues that arise and be able to react as required. May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.). Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard-free. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of WMS system or having previously worked to track performance standards. Be able to work flexibly to work on various shifts, and departments, as required. Overtime, Weekends, Holidays, as required. Operate in a safe, neat, and orderly manner. May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.). Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area. Complete other related duties as assigned.
