Press OperatorLocation: Landisville, PAType: Contract To HireWork Model: Onsite – onsiteHours: Second Shift - Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am; 40 hoursResponsibilitiesPerform advanced production processes in either Axial or ISO/TVP, working more independently to meet production goals.Set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP machinery, ensuring parts are within tolerance using a micrometer.Achieve 80% of the production rate and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Maintain housekeeping standards and follow autonomous maintenance practices.Use Epicor system proficiently for production tracking and reporting.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and cleanliness compliance.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of manufacturing experience.Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).Ability to read and interpret part prints.Basic troubleshooting skills.Action-oriented, independent, and able to work at a quick pace with a sense of urgency.Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.Collaborative team player who supports colleagues effectively.Upholds organizational values, integrity, and a proactive attitude.Capable of work in a clean, well-lit production environment, standing and manual dexterity required.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and understand verbal instructions.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
