Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week
Duration: Temporary, approximately 52 weeks

Work Arrangement: Onsite

JOB SUMMARY

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Human Resources Representative 1 in Boise, ID. This position provides administrative and operational HR support while helping maintain a positive employee experience in a fast-paced work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily Human Resources activities and administrative processes.
• Assist employees with routine HR-related questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with HR communications, forms, and documentation.
• Help coordinate HR processes and ensure information is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to employees and internal teams.
• Follow established HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and special HR projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to support business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Human Resources or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Education/licensing requirements to be verified with the Recruiter or Staffing Manager.
