Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience Experience in a print shop or mailroom environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience Prior experience in a high-volume mailroom or print production environment Experience working with Inserter machines and Production printers Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments

Printer Operator Overview Responsible for supporting high-volume mailroom operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment Operates production-class printers and inserter machines to process, package, and distribute mail accurately and efficiently Ensures all print jobs, mail inserts, and postage requirements are completed within strict timelines Handles sensitive healthcare information while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, physically active, and comfortable working in production environments.

Job Duties Operate digital production printers (e.g., Xerox) to process print jobs Use inserter machines (e.g., Neopost, Pitney Bowes) for folding and envelope insertion Verify print jobs against documentation for accuracy and completeness Apply postage and prepare outgoing mail Perform general mailroom operations in a high-volume environment Maintain workflow efficiency to meet strict production deadlines Handle sensitive healthcare information with confidentiality Communicate completion status and escalate issues as needed Support additional mailroom and operational tasks as assigned
