Substitute CustodianKankakee School District 111 is seeking candidates interested in serving in the position of Substitute Custodian. Substitute Custodians are non-permanent positions subject to assignment on an as-needed basis, with reassignment based on performance and needs of the School District. Ideal candidates must be willing to work flexible hours/shifts for short- and long-term assignments; and, possess: Good communication and interpersonal skills Custodian and/or facilities experience in a school environment Good client/customer service skills and exemplary work ethic Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work effectively with a team Ability to work independently as needed Basic knowledge of cleaning products Ability to be able to lift 35 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, push, pull, and reach Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00 Applications will be accepted until the position is filled
