Support Engineer

Salary: $84,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for extensive knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language.
• We require prior work experience with HTML, MySQL, and Linux.
• Familiarity with PHP, Python, JavaScript, Go, C, or C++ is a plus.
• We want someone with a strong desire to learn.
• We need excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• We require the ability to lift 30 pounds.
• We require a clean background and drug-free status.
• A bachelors degree is preferred.
• English is required.
• Relocation to Fremont, CA 94539 before starting work is required.

• We write scripts for website development and system administration.
• We create new websites and web services using a creative, solution-oriented approach.
• We assist network engineers with diagnostics.
• We answer technical phone calls.
• We respond to customer support emails.
• We install and configure servers.
• We develop web pages and client-side applications to visualize Internet and network data.
